The 3020

The rear engine seal is bad 

and the engine clutch

and the PTO clutch.

So the project has started.

Luke only got as far as draining the engine oil

and anti-freeze today.

They'll move forward as time permits.

Breakfast Time

Luke and Hannah fed the cows their breakfast this morning.

Yummy silage!

This pen has the heifer calves that were born this spring, 

and one cow with her bull calf that was born late in the year.

A Winner Bull

Pauls grandpa, Oscar, and his brothers were big into Hereford cattle.

This is a picture of Paul's Great Uncle David Hoflen

with the Reserve Grand Champion 

that he showed at the Bismark Livestock Show in 1943.

Paul thinks that he possibly showed 

at the Denver Livestock Show also.

This is a different bull than the first picture.

Shop Preparations

There's a project starting in the service shop next week.

Well, at least the boys hope it is next week.

So the installation of new, brighter lights got underway today.

There might have been a little goofing off too :0)
