Calf Catch Up

Yikes,

I haven't been doing well 

on keeping up to date 

with the calves.

I forgot Miss Almond Joy.

She was born to Cleo on the 28th.

She was one of the very few born during the day

instead of the middle of the night.

Next was Twizzler.

He was born to Olympia on Saturday the 30th.

He was born at 7:00 p.m.  

That is a very acceptable time.

But he immediately set about planning his escape route 

so that's not so good.

Mr Wether was born sometime after midnight on April 1st.

I found him standing between the runway wall and a gate at 1:15 in the morning.

I'm not sure how he pulled that off,

but Navara was thrilled when we got him out of there and back with her.

He's the biggest one of the season so far at 106 pounds.
