Oh wow!
They split the 3020 in half last night!
Luke was measuring so he could build the splitting stands.
Eric has split a tractor before so he came to help.
Jack had a great vantage point.
There was lots of slow, steady pulling.
And lots of stopping to study the progress.
They did it!
I think they were all quite pleased when it was in two, well-stabilized pieces!
Oh! Luke just told me that Eric has never split a tractor before!
He just thought it looked like fun
and wanted to try it!
It was all done by trial and error. (:
